Louis Soulard participated in the research, writing, and/or editing of the following print publications.
Research on the Noguchi Museum and Asia Society Museum publications were conducted in the course of curatorial internships at those institutions. Research work included extensive editorial and archival work, research, bibliography, and writing.
Soulard oversaw the editorial work on Jason Jacques Gallery’s anniversary publication, working together with experts, curators, and art historians, as well as the gallerist, in the assembly of the book.
Frontier Shores was a curatorial project conducted at Bard Graduate Center in 2016 with researcher and material culture historian

Published to coincide with the major traveling exhibition, this book is a lavishly illustrated account of how Isamu Noguchi and Saburo Hasegawa’s joint exploration of traditional Japanese culture influenced their contemporary and subsequent work.
Oversaw the creation of a comprehensive annotated bibliography and aspects of the research (primary and secondary sources) dedicated to the relationship between Noguchi and Hasegawa.
